The Francophonie Week is held in Mahé in March with film screenings , concerts and craft exhibitions . Fet afrik celebrates the day of African Unity and May, this cultural festival is dominated by music , dance and painting . Subios , the festival dedicated to photography and underwater video takes place in November in Mahé. Conferences , screenings and competitions are scheduled.
